Add or edit Google Drive folder IDs and SiteCapture URLs for each homesite. These override the built-in folder list and are stored locally.
Paste CSV with header row. Columns: community, address, glcQa, drillQa, hpQa, general, sc_link
Folder values can be full Google Drive URLs or just the folder ID. Blank cells are ignored (won't overwrite existing).
Point to a community's root Drive folder. The app scans its subfolders (each named after an address) and automatically detects GLC QA, Drill QA, HP QA, and General photo subfolders — no manual entry needed.
Automatically refresh Smartsheet data in the background. Only fires when the app tab is open and visible.
Add Smartsheet report links and community Drive folder links for the current division. These appear in the Resources tab for that division's users.
Control which tabs, modes, and features each role can access. Admin always has full access.
Temporarily view the app exactly as any role would see it. A banner will appear at the top — click "Exit Preview" to return to your admin view.
